The game launches on PC and PS5 as a timed console exclusive, and players will find all of the unique features of the DualSense controller used in GhostWire: Tokyo. The action-adventure game will ship with support for adaptive triggers, haptic feedback, and the controller’s built-in speaker. Tango Gameworks has also confirmed ray tracing, DLSS, and FSR for the PC version, so it looks like the game will make good use of the hardware on each platform. The developer has now revealed the launch times for the PC version of Ghostwire: Tokyo.

Tango Gameworks made a new post on Steam detailing information related to Ghostwire: Tokyo’s release. It first briefly introduces the game and confirms that anyone who pre-orders it will receive the Hannya Outfit as a bonus.

The global launch times for Ghostwire: Tokyo are as follows:

Australia, New Zealand, Asia: 12 AM JST on March 25 Europe: 12 AM GMT on March 25 North/South America: 9 PM PT on March 24 / 12 AM ET on March 25

The post also confirms that players can start preloading the game from 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 5 PM GMT on March 22, and the developer has shared a handy map that shows launch times for different regions. Fans can expect the PS5 version to unlock at midnight, local time.

Tango Gameworks also shared a spec sheet that gives more detailed information on the PC system requirements for Ghostwire: Tokyo. The minimum and recommended requirements were revealed last month, but fans now have access to a full sheet with seven different settings categories. Playing Ghostwire: Tokyo at the highest level of ray tracing will need an RTX 3080 or an RX6900XT, but many players should not have difficulty meeting the minimum requirements.

In addition to Ghostwire: Tokyo, March 25 also features a couple of other notable releases. Kirby and The Forgotten Land releases for the Nintendo Switch, with Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands comes out on almost all platforms. Many great games have already launched in Q1 of 2022, with Elden Ring, Horizon Forbidden West, and Destiny 2: The Witch Queen being the year’s highlights.
